A system developed for a company that rents construction materials such as scaffolding, formwork, and other building equipment.
The goal of the project was to automate rental processes: automatically track the number of days each rented item stays with the customer, send notifications based on the return deadline, manage deposits, additional payments, partial returns, warehouse stock, and income records. The system was built to simplify rental management and make material tracking more accurate and transparent.
